Job Description:
* Issue/create invoices, templates, all work orders & windows form
* Organize & schedule appointments for measurement & installation & maintain records.
* Responding to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
* Logging and tracking customer issues and requests to ensure prompt resolution and problem solving.
* Handle order administrations, process customers' orders to support our Sales.
* Providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and any other relevant details.
* Identifying and escalating complex customer issues to the appropriate team or manager.
* Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures.
* Liaising between operations, suppliers and customers.
* Any ad-hoc jobs assign by supervisors/management.
Job Requirements:
Min 1 year's experiences in customer services/internal sales support is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively address customer concerns.
Demonstrated experience in a customer service or Call Centre role.
A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently & team player.
Having a strong sense of urgency and responsibility, meticulous and good follow up skills.
