Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BD) responsible for expanding and managing local service partnerships for the Flashing platform. This role involves connecting with various service providers, such as repair, installation, chef, housekeeping, cleaning, nail, and tutoring services, among others. Additionally, the BD Executive will establish partnerships with restaurants and local attraction information providers to enrich our platform’s service offerings. The role also requires engaging with companies in office buildings to drive corporate client acquisitions, fostering collaborations for intra-city deliveries of documents, packages, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership Expansion:
- Actively reach out to and onboard local service providers (e.g., repair, installation, chef, housekeeping, cleaning, nail, and tutoring services) to enhance the service resources on the Flashing platform.
- Establish partnerships with restaurants, local attractions, and other information providers to expand the platform's range of city services.
- Business Collaboration:
- Reach out to office buildings and corporate clients to promote Flashing's citywide delivery services for documents and packages.
- Offer tailored intra-city delivery solutions for corporate clients, facilitating inter-company delivery collaborations.
- Relationship Management:
- Maintain long-term relationships with partnered service providers and corporate clients to ensure a high-quality partnership experience.
- Regularly follow up on service provider performance and user feedback to help improve service quality.
- Market Research & Feedback:
- Analyze local service industry demand and competition, providing valuable market insights and recommendations for company growth.
- Collect feedback on platform services to support service product optimization.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-3 years in business development or sales, with experience or resources in local service industries preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively establish and maintain partnerships.
- Market Awareness: Keen insight into the local service market, with the ability to adapt strategies based on market demand.
- Self-Motivation: Strong execution skills and a results-driven attitude, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced startup environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $3,000.00 per month
