Individual to be involved in:
1. Conducting in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities and target market segments.
2. Develop strategies to generate and nurture leads through various channels including networking, events, referrals, digital marketing, and cold outreach.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
4. Prepare and present compelling sales pitches, proposals, and quotations tailored to client needs. Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently.
5. Ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and integrated into the design solutions.
6.Identify and establish partnerships with complementary businesses such as architects, contractors, and suppliers to enhance service offerings and expand the client base.
7. Develop annual budgets, set revenue targets, and track performance metrics against business development goals.
