E-Commerce Retailer Assistant

Summary: As a Ecommerce Retailer Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in driving our retail and online operations. From assisting customers in-store to managing e-commerce orders, this role combines customer service, sales, and operations. You’ll gain hands-on experience in a multi-channel business environment and have the chance to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in-store and online with product inquiries, purchases, and after-sales services.
• Process, pack, and sort online orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash transactions, maintain registers, and perform daily sales reconciliations.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organize merchandise displays, and monitor inventory levels.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and other computer skills to manage sales records, reports, and communications effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• "N" "O" Level, NITEC/Diploma equivalent holders are welcome to apply.
• No experience needed, but willingness to learn and adapt is a must
• Detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to manage multiple responsibilities with a positive attitude.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in transactions, order processing, and customer interactions.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with e-commerce platforms for online sales and order management.
