Business Support Manager - Private Wealth and Institutional Business
Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting the team function from multiple levels, covering client onboarding, client service, and team operation
- To qualify inbounding leads from multiple channels with a set of discovery questions including lead qualification, so to better allocate best sales resources. It can involve simple platform and product introduction when needed
- To support sales directors on onboarding corporate structure clients, through document internal alignment with internal stakeholders for needed documents and proofs and additionally document certification
- To service financial institutions and channels on any incoming inquiries, related to middle and back-office issues, such as account related issues, rebates, reporting, ect...To act as contact point for internal resources
- To assist team-lead on team operation, covering procedure creation, refining and execution, data collection and consolidation both for clients and team member performances.
- Develop standard sales process, including sales behavior, compliance requirements, customer service landing process, etc., to improve the efficiency of business development and internal cooperation efficiency
- To review and assess processes to provide feedback to further improve work performance and services, both within the team and cross-teams
- To support marketing manager for any marketing events and activities.
- To support business solution analyst for product launching for private wealth and institutional business in moomoo SG
- Work closely with all relevant internal departments in the organization and handle ad hoc projects whenever necessary

Requirements
· Degree holder in any discipline, preferably in finance or accounting related area.
· At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in the financial service industry and at a business support function.
· A service-oriented mindset, a team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
· Independent, responsible, willing to accept challenges and can get the job done with little guidance.
· Good command of both English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
· Having passed CMFAS 1A, 6A and 6, or being exempted is preferred.
