Job Description:

  • In charge of the day-to-day operations of the Condominium
  • Review and administration of maintenance contracts including insurance policies of the estate
  • Plan, execute, and supervise all facilities management and operational matters
  • Co-ordinate council meetings and general meetings
  • Deliver efficient and effective solutions on estate management
  • Co-ordinate council meetings and general meetings
  • Prepare and submit an annual budget and recommend rates of MF/SF contributions
  • Ensure all residents’ feedbacks are attended to promptly and efficiently
  • Supervise and manage a team of site staff
  • Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management

Job Qualification:

  • Degree / Diploma in Building & Estate Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of MCST experience
  • Good knowledge of the Building Maintenance & Strata Management (BMSM) Act
  • Computer literate and possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • A good team player with strong analytical and leadership skills
