Export Sales Trade of Pet Products: Handle the export sales and trading of pet supplies. Client Acquisition: Use store sales pitch in interaction with customers, deliver product demonstration and advice such as phone calls, email, WhatsApp and social media.
-Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Provide prompt, effective, and satisfactory responses to customer inquiries.
Sales Documentation: Prepare sales contracts and purchase orders. Collaborate closely with sales managers, procurement, order fulfillment, documentation, and finance teams at the head office in China to ensure smooth processing of orders.
Trade Documentation: Prepare and verify essential trade documents, including contracts, bills of lading, certificates of origin, customs declarations, and insurance policies.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with international trade regulations, environmental standards, and internal export procedures.
Transaction Monitoring: Track export sales transactions and review all client responses related to sales orders and payments.
Market Research Sales Planning: Conduct market analysis and participate in the development of sales strategies and plans. Provide management with any relevant insights or information for review.
-Business Travel: Travel for business purposes to expand the customer base, including client visits in Singapore and attending international trade shows.
-Other Responsibilities: Complete other tasks as assigned by the company. Job Requirements:
-Experience: Minimum 2 years'experience in international trade, preferably with exposure to the pet products industry.
- Willingness to Travel: Open to international business travel, including attending trade shows and exhibitions worldwide.
-Language Proficiency: Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking business associates
Self-Motivated and Creative: Strong initiative, clear thinking, hardworking, and innovative. -Team Player Negotiation Skills: Strong teamwork abilities and excellent negotiation skills. Trade Knowledge: Familiarity with international trade terms (Incoterms) is required.
