Maintenance Supervisor/Technician
Responsibilities:
To lead and supervise the works carried out by the Maintenance Team.
To plan the duty rosters for the Team.
To plan and schedule Preventive Maintenance (PM), Corrective Maintenance (CM), fault attendance, fault diagnosis tests, troubleshooting, upgrading, improvement works/repairs, etc.
To test and record all faults reported and complete work orders within specified times.
To raise, review and follow up on all work orders, labour and material and key in other input into the maintenance management system and any other recording system.
To carry out day-to-day monitoring of equipment performance and follow up where appropriate.
To provide maintenance support in major fault-finding and investigation.
Perform preventive maintenance to ensure that plant equipment and auxiliary systems continue to operate smoothly and efficiently.
Perform repair or replacement of defective or malfunctioning components of machinery and equipment.
Assist with the monitoring of contractors involved in maintenance on site and maintain asset maintenance plans.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
ITE/NTC in Electrical field.
Min 2 years working experience in the relevant field.
Experience in Power Plant industry is an advantage.
Willing to work in Tuas South.
