PERSONAL CUM ADMIN ASSISTANT
Job Responsibilities:
Perform general office administrative duties, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
Assist directors with claims submission, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Arrange travel logistics, including flight and accommodation bookings for directors and managers.
Coordinate meetings, office events, and other organizational activities.
Manage office correspondence, including sorting and filing letters and documents.
Provide support for daily office tasks and take on additional duties as required.
Run errands and perform other ad-hoc tasks as requested by management.

Computing Skills:
Microsoft Office
Microsoft Excel
Microsoft PowerPoint
Candidate is required to possess the following soft skills:
Excellent Interpersonal Skills
Ability to work well with various stakeholders in organization.
Good communication skills
Self-starter and Independent thinker
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Diploma holder with minimum 3 years of experience
Mandarin speaking
Please note that working location is at Tai Seng Exchange. Working hours is from Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.
