Job Title: Account Sales Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
Act as the main point of contact for client queries and requests.
Ensure timely and effective solutions are provided to clients.
Sales & Business Development:
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
Present and upsell products/services to meet clients' evolving needs.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Client Consultation:
Understand client requirements and recommend tailored solutions.
Provide professional consultations, product recommendations, and quotations.
Conduct regular client visits and follow-up meetings to ensure satisfaction.
Market & Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on industry trends, product updates, and competitor offerings.
Share relevant information with clients to help them make informed decisions.
Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, installation, and finance) to ensure smooth project delivery.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Results-driven with a proven sales track record.
Good understanding of account management principles.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
