JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Provide general administrative support and coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficient company operation
· Lease, maintain, and coordinate company dorms, manage rental agreements, and provide local services
· Monitor and track the status of shipments, ensuring timely deliveries and communicating any delays or issues to relevant stakeholders.
· Prepare proforma invoices, delivery orders, and packing lists for import/export transactions, adhering to all relevant regulations.
· Maintain organized filing systems for all company documents, including invoices, order confirmations, and delivery orders.
· Assist with printing, scanning, filing, and managing company documents, as well as data entry and basic record-keeping tasks.
· Ensure that office supplies are stocked and organized, coordinate supply orders, and handle minor office maintenance needs.
· Provide backup support to other departments and teams whenever necessary
· Any other projects and ad hoc duties as assigned

· Self-driven individual and able to work independently with minimal supervision
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (as this role works closely with internal customers in China)
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Advantage will be given to candidates with prior experience handling import/export documentation.
