- Support the execution of various communications initiatives, events and projects, ensuring effective implementation of strategies to increase share of voice, build on community relations, obtain positive press coverage to drive traffic and sales.
- Liaise and work closely with agencies, tenants, external vendors, contractors and event companies to support successful implementation of A&P activities
- Management of vendors, contractors, agencies, suppliers to meet set requirements and guidelines
- Assist tenants and vendors on marketing and promotion enquiries
- Plan and manage the day-to-day casual leasing activities & operations
- Manage and achieve the mall’s annual casual leasing budgets, align with the organization’s objective
- Provide administrative support to marketing team
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business Studies, Sales & Marketing or Mass Communication
- Minimum 1 - 2 years experiences in retail industry/ mall/ ad agency with familiarity in managing campaign budget and presenting to senior management
- Great understanding of mall marketing KPIs such as sales and traffic
- Talent of conceptualizing marketing campaigns and establishing objectives
- Digital and social media savvy with good understanding of performance analytics
- Proactive in nature and resourceful with a positive ‘can do’ attitude
- Experience in retail mall marketing will be a strong advantage
- Fresh graduates may be considered
- Good knowledge of MS Applications,
- Well-developed writing skills to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation
- Systematic, organized and meticulous
- Good eye for details and accuracy
- Team player and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
