Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the origination and structuring of corporate finance transactions, including mergers & acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, and restructuring.
• Provide strategic financial advisory services to clients across various industries, ensuring tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis, including valuations, financial modeling, and due diligence, to support deal structuring and decision-making.
• Work closely with senior executives, clients, and external partners to manage and execute projects effectively.
• Prepare and present investment materials, pitch books, and financial presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of market trends and industry developments to provide relevant, up-to-date advice to clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or professional qualifications (e.g., CFA) is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or financial advisory, with a focus on origination, structuring, and advisory services.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients and senior stakeholders effectively.
• A proactive, results-driven attitude with a keen interest in financial markets and corporate transactions.
