  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job DescriptionDuties & Responsibilities
- Manage assigned projects on NUS campuses (planning, design development, procurement, contracts administration, site supervision, liaison with various stakeholders, testing and commissioning, management of project account and defect liability issues.)
- Ensure that projects complete within schedule and approved budget and is properly handed back to the NUS user and over to the maintenance team at Asset Enhancement section, CAM.
- Work closely with the consultants and ensure that projects comply with NUS's policies and guidelines.
- Provide progress updates on assigned projects for routine/ ad-hoc management reporting.
- Assist in any other duties as assigned.Qualifications- A good bachelor's degree or master's Degree from a recognized University, preferably in area of Architecture/ Engineering/Construction Management/ Quantity Surveyor, and registrable with the Board of Architectures (BOA) Singapore; Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore and/or Singapore Institute of Surveyor and Valuers respectively.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant working experience in construction project coordination, design management, contract administration, project management and defects management.
- Experience in consultancy services will also be considered.
- Experience in handling new building development or Addition & Alteration (A&A) projects.
- Knowledge in local regulations; working knowledge of the authorities' submission requirements.
- Resourceful with excellent communication skills
