Day in the Life:
- Assist the project team in implementing events/projects on-site
- Communicate with clients from event preparation to planning and execution
- Manage clients' expectations regarding project, event, or exhibition
- Service existing clients by understanding their requirements and providing cost control
- Attend events to gain a good understanding of current trends
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, coordinating communication between them and internal teams.
- Gather client feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance overall service quality.
- Request payment and invoices from clients and suppliers, respectively
- Develop cost reports for approval
- Develop and submit project reports after event completion
Requirements:
- Degree / Local diploma in Hospitality / Tourism Management / Business or equivalent
- Fresh graduates with relevant internships or coursework are welcome to apply.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Well-versed in Microsoft Word / Excel / Project
- Ability to handle client complaints and challenges with a positive approach.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and industry changes.
