Carry out routine and ad-hoc checks of the Property.
Liaise and monitor the performance of Authority's Contractor and subcontractor including those appointed by the Authority to ensure works are carried out satisfactorily and promptly.
Maintain good rapport with staff and liaise with the Authority on facilities management related matters.
Attend to all complaints, queries and feedback pertaining to M&E, and etc. respond to emergency situations,
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for the property.
Ensure preventive maintenance is carried out on time.
Prepare monthly inspection reports.
Management of access card (virtual card and physical) for onboarding/offboarding of staff and vendors.
Provide simple troubleshooting when staff or vendor face issue using the access card.
When required to take photo of the staff or vendor and upload into the facial recognition system
Any other work necessary for effective operations of the Property or as directed by the Authority or its representatives.

Qualifications:
The Facilities Technician shall have minimum higher NITEC certificates with at least 3 years' work experience in Facilities Management, Electrical, Mechanical, or building-related field.
