Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming enquiries over the phone.
• NO SALES INVOLVED & TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED
Requirements:
• GCE A Levels and above
• Proficient in English and a second language so as to converse effectively with different groups of customers
• Excellent team player who is task-orientated
• Possess Good Customer Service Skills
