We are seeking a dedicated Event Coordinator
on a short-term contract from 1st December to 27th January.
CNY Booth Event Coordination:
Event Planning & Booth Management:
Plan and oversee the logistics for a 1-day mobile booth and a Atrium booth at a key location.
Coordinate the scheduling and staffing of both booths, ensuring proper coverage during event days.
Manage booth setup and co-ordinate with Ops team on decorations, and promotional materials to ensure a vibrant, festive atmosphere.
Promoter Recruitment & Management:
Post job ads, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews for temporary CNY promoters.
Facilitate the onboarding of CNY promoters, providing necessary training and guidelines for their roles at both the mobile and atrium booths.
Train promoters on customer service, product knowledge, and booth duties.
Oversee promoter performance, ensuring high-quality customer engagement and smooth booth operations.
Prepare documentation, such as contracts and onboarding paperwork for CNY promoters.
Track attendance and handle payroll for promoters.
Ensure payroll accuracy by tracking the attendance and work hours of promoters.
Address payroll-related inquiries during the contract period.
Mobile Booth Coordination:
Handle logistics for the 1-day mobile booth, including setup, transportation of materials, and staffing.
Ensure promoters are well-prepared for the mobile booth’s quick setup and efficient operation for the day.
Address any operational challenges during the mobile event.
Atrium Booth Coordination:
Assist the Atrium Booth Manager in managing the booth daily operations.
Provide support in managing staffing to booth
on a short-term contract from 1st December to 27th January.
