Job Duties:
Offer detailed wayfinding guidance to help guests navigate the premises, including directing them to key locations and services
Provide customized shopping recommendations based on guest preferences and needs, ensuring that guests find the perfect products or services
Offer in-depth information about the brands, products, and services available on-site to enhance the guest's shopping experience
Alert guests about current promotions, special offers, and exclusive deals to encourage engagement and boost sales
Engage with guests through multiple channels, including face-to-face interactions, live chat, video calls, and messages, providing timely and helpful responses
Attend to individual guests' shopping needs, providing tailored recommendations and assisting them in making informed purchasing decisions
Requirement:
Minimum GCE O Level with 1 to 2 years of customer service / retail experience
Team player & able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work on rotating shifts, including weekends, public holidays and night shift

Training & Uniform provided
Working Hours:
- 0600 - 1530 / 1530 - 0100 (1 way transport)
- 0900 - 2100 / 2100 - 0900
- 0800 - 1730 / 1230 - 2200
