Job scope:
Assist with managing and responding to email inquiries in the Professional Boards’ (PB) generic and SMC Complaints SD mailboxes.
Assist in the organisation of Pledge Ceremonies for the respective PBs
Carry out administrative and logistics preparation for the events and assist to source for vendors
Prepare individual Pledge Certificates for registrants who attended the Pledge Ceremony
Update pledge attendance in each registrant’s PRS record after event
Prepare documents for the procurement of events management and design services.
Assist in the revamp of PBs’ websites, including checking and verifying accuracy of contents of the new websites.
Requirement:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools
Minimum Diploma and above
Preferably with Experience in handling feedback enquiries, events and communications projects, website/content development
