North Link (MCST 2757) is a Management Corporation of an industrial building locates at the North of Singapore. North Link has a team of In-House Security Officer, Technician and Accountant. Its duty to manage, maintain and administrate the common property of the estate.
Currently, we have job opportunity for In-House Senior Security Officer and this position is part time & permanent employment type.
Job Description
Deliver required security service based on Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
Patrolling and security checks
Manning of Fire Command Centre and Guard House
Advise the unit occupier to remove their items from the common property
Manage unauthorised vehicle parking
Self-initiative providing security services
Other security officer duties not limited to the above
Requirements
Valid security licence by PLRD
RTT trained
Min 1-year relevant experience as a senior security officer
Able to work in a team
Permanent Day 8.00am to 8.00pm (welcome for part-timer)
6 off days per month
Benefits
Gross Salary up to $3,300
Medical reimbursement up to $200
Yearly bonus up to 2 months subject to performance
Yearly salary increment subject to performance
