The Role
Store Operations: Opening and closing the store, managing assortments, overseeing inventory, manage department sales and profitability to meet budgetary goals
Staff Management: Rostering staff, planning labour, and training team members.
Cost and Inventory Management: Monitoring and managing store operating costs, inventory and shrinkage.
Merchandising: Executing and maintaining merchandise display benchmarks.
Safety Compliance: Ensuring all work safety and food safety processes are followed.
