Accountant (JL-06112024-2)

Requirements :

• Possess minimum Degree in Accountancy, ACCA / CPA / CA or relevant experience.
• At least 3 years working experiences and above in Finance.
• Strong in analytical, resourceful, organized, meticulous, responsible, problem-solving skill, excellent communication skill
• Proactive, committed, and good team player with effective interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and accounting software
• Preferably with experience in the construction industry.

Job Descriptions :-

• Responsible for accounting processes and tasks (i.e.: AP & AR process, GL, account reconciliation, etc.).
• Ensure reporting integrity and compliance with FRS.
• Review and analyse monthly financial performances and key performance indicators.
• Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required
• Support forecasting and budgeting exercise.
• Review and analyse actual, forecast and budget.
• Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement (GST/CIT), audits, procedures and forms both statutory and internal.
• Assist in new processes and system implementation when required.
• Follow the safety procedures, rules and regulations and eliminate or reduce hazard at the work place

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Education:

• Bachelor's or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Accounting: 3 years (Required)
