- Educational Background: Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, providing a solid technical foundation.
- Engineering Expertise: Strong engineering and technical knowledge, particularly in the operation and maintenance of products, with a focus on Siemens Automation PLC and DCS product. Additional knowledge of other Siemens automation portfolio is a plus
- Experience Matters: Ideally, 1 to 5 years of relevant experience, bringing practical knowledge and skills to the table.
- Global Perspective: Experience operating effectively in international, multicultural environments.
- Problem Solving: Adept at managing complex technical challenges and making necessary project adjustments to ensure successful outcomes
