Job Descriptions:
Manage the store’s inventory, such as spare parts, appliances, and equipment etc., ensuring
accurate record keeping and inventory organization
Receive and handling all incoming inventory and goods, including unloading, sorting, labelling, and
perform proper storage incoming items, as well as issuance of goods
Verifying delivery orders and ensure that all paperwork and documentation are complete
Maintain proper documents and records on the accountability of all equipment, spares and
appliances, etc. in the store
Assist in a monthly periodic stock take, action to rectify wherever possible and report
discrepancies accordingly, if any
Always maintain proper Housekeeping and Workplace Safety and Health within store working
environment, including perform daily maintenance routine check of the store equipment, i.e.,
Battery Stacker, Overhead Crane and Carousel, are in good working condition
Assist on store warehouse management, inventory control process (including shelf life of spares)
and logistics strategy for operations team
Order coordination liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including communicate with
management and other team members to ensure the efficient operation of the store
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and adhere to health and safety
regulations
Other store-related duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Nitec or Diploma Holders in any discipline or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations
Good working attitude, must be detailed-orientated and meticulous in record keeping
Able to handle moderately heavy goods (up to 20kg)
Operate stacker and electronic pallet jack
Possess a valid Operate Forklift License is a must
Basic computer knowledge in operating Microsoft PowerPoint, Words and Excel
Knowledge of SAP system preferred
