Seeking a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to support operations and administration in the Ophthalmology Department. This role partners with key stakeholders to meet financial, operational, and quality patient care goals.
Responsibilities:
Support Department Managers in developing and executing business plans to meet departmental targets in collaboration with clinical leadership.
Assist in meeting volume and financial goals for assigned clinical services, including budgeting, expenditure management, and cost recovery.
Monitor key operational metrics and provide data analysis as needed.

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution, with 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
