About Us: SYR Trading is a fruit company with a strong presence in both physical outlets and online platforms in the fruits and durian industry. SYR Trading is the No.1 TikTok Shop Durian seller, known for delivering exceptional durian products and enhancing customer experiences through innovative digital initiatives.
Intern Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing our ecommerce platform, including product listings, inventory updates, and order processing, and day to day operations.
• Assist in optimizing website content and user experience to enhance search engine visibility and drive traffic.
• Contribute to the execution of SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings and paid search performance.
• Manage and optimize our presence on online e-commerce platforms.
• Monitor website performance metrics and assist in implementing improvements.
• Support customer service efforts by responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
• Conduct market research and analyse competitor activities monthly to identify growth opportunities.
Key Learning Opportunities:
• Gain practical experience in ecommerce operations, including platform management and online merchandising of a top-seller shop
• Develop skills in digital marketing strategies, including social media campaigns and email marketing.
• Gain experience with exposure to livestream marketing and top-tier livestreams.
• Understand customer behaviour and preferences in the online retail space.
Additional Working Benefits:

Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in Poly or Uni, with a relevant degree program (Business, Marketing, IT or related fields).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (e.g., TikTok, Shopee, Shopify) is a plus
• Flexible availability
· Ok to work in non-conditioned environments (well-ventilated).
· Able to commit 2 months, mid Dec - mid Feb, 3 days a week.
