- Responsible for the full spectrum of the HR function in areas of employee relations, payroll, report preparation & submission, etc.
- Monitor all work passes renewal and application processes.
- Coordinate new join monthly performance review.
- Execute employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Build rapport, engage and sustain good relationships with stakeholders
- Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
- Assist the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
- Responsible for government / MOM related surveys.
- Administer annual performance appraisal.
- Administer HR handbook, policies and procedures.
- Other administrative duties & Ad hoc duties.
Requirement
- At least a Diploma Qualification with minimum 3 years of full spectrum HR experience.
- Able to start immediately or with short notice period is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and Statutory rules and regulations.
- Experienced working in the Construction / Manufacturing sector is an added advantage.
