  • Responsible for the full spectrum of the HR function in areas of employee relations, payroll, report preparation & submission, etc.
  • Monitor all work passes renewal and application processes.
  • Coordinate new join monthly performance review.
  • Execute employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • Build rapport, engage and sustain good relationships with stakeholders
  • Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
  • Assist the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
  • Responsible for government / MOM related surveys.
  • Administer annual performance appraisal.
  • Administer HR handbook, policies and procedures.
  • Other administrative duties & Ad hoc duties.

Requirement

  • At least a Diploma Qualification with minimum 3 years of full spectrum HR experience.
  • Able to start immediately or with short notice period is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and Statutory rules and regulations.
  • Experienced working in the Construction / Manufacturing sector is an added advantage.
