Receptionist Duties
1. Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
2. Assist with basic administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
3. Work closely with other administrative staff to support overall office functions.
4. Welcome all visitors warmly and professionally as they arrive.
5. Inquire about their purpose of visit and guide them appropriately.
6. Manage visitor logs and ensure all guests sign in and out.
7. Issue visitor badges or passes as required.
8. Notify relevant staff members of visitor arrivals.
HR Administration
1. Coordinate and administer on employee perks such as long service award, gift basket, new born, birthday celebration email to staff
2. Coordinate and raise HR-related vendor quotes, POs and payments as needed
3. Monitor overall HR budget and report on a monthly basis
4. To support administratively and coordination as needed (including handling the overseas/guests and attending to all deliveries to office. Assisting the EA/PA on offsite as and when needed help. Ordering of office grocery etc in needed.)
5. assist in booking of flights and hotel with their vendor
6. assist in arranging meetings / calendar management
7. Help to process claims/ expenses
