Job Description:
• Assist in simple AP & AR accounting tasks
• Performing day to day financial transactions, data entry into ERP, recording of bank documentations, and filing of documents
• Reconciliation bank statement and other financial documents
• Assist to process vendor invoices on a timely basis
• Manage basic phone calls and respond to email inquiries related to accounting matters
• Any other duties as assigned
Job Requirement:
• Minimum GCE 'O' Levels
• 3 months contract
• Students are welcome to apply
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organization and time management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Highlights:
1. 5 days work week, 8am - 5pm (Monday - Friday)
2. Location: Near Jurong East Mrt/Transport Hub, next to IMM
