The Field Service Technician role required to install, modify, upgrade, maintain and repair all products or equipment that has been purchased by the Diversey's customer. Ensure that the operation process of the customer does not come to a standstill, make sure the customer has enough equipment and parts until the next visit.Areas of Responsibility:Maintenance and repair.Perform periodic and preventive and corrective maintenance on cleaning equipment (Floor care machines) to ensure that equipment continues to perform reliably.Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in handling machines issue.Respond to customer enquiries about the terms and conditions of service agreements.Refer sales leads and customer feedback to changing customer demands.Maintain accurate service records; monitor the performance of cleaning equipment.Be commercially focused on selling parts, consumables and service contracts.Ensure an optimal customer experience before, during and after the visit.AdministrativeMake accurate, timely and efficient planning to make visits to customers.Provide weekly reporting.TrainingTrain customers on the features of the products they have purchased.Skills Required:Experienced in mechanical and electrical skills to fix machines that are more electronic than they used to be.Experienced in similar industry and able to provide technical advice to customersCandidate must possess at least Secondary School/"O" Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma (prefer with mechanical/electrical backgrounds)At least 2 to 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Basic computer knowledge for reporting and update services status on system.Valid Class 3 driving licenseGood oral and written in basic English, any additional languages to support customers would be advantages.
