ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To manage and grow assigned accounts/customers across key market segments (Technology, Industrial, Automotive, and Medical) and key process technologies (plastic injection moulding, die casting, SMT/PCBA, stamping, and final assembly.
• Lead customer quotation and contract negotiation in alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
• Work effectively with Operations in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and China to scale revenue, and attend to commercial matters.
• Provides regular revenue forecasts, budget planning, and business and market insights to the Company's senior management team.
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND COMPETENCIES:
• Matured, business savvy, excellent communicator, and able to close business deals.
• Experience working in plastic injection moulding, die-casting, stamping, PCBA, and assembly.
• Experience working in technology/automotive/medical/industrial markets.
• Experience in costing, quotation, and contract negotiation.
• A confident, passionate, self-starter, with high integrity, and a great team player that can collaborate seamlessly with various functional teams.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS & ABILITY
1) At least 10 years of work experience with at least 5 years of direct experience in account management and business development roles.
2) Experience working with a diverse customer base across several process technology platforms.
3) Possess a bachelor’s degree in science or engineering.
4) A successful track record of delivering business results.
5) Able to travel.
