Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Officer located in Jurong West. The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, and enhancing the overall customer experience on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Interpersonal Skills and Customer Satisfaction
- Customer Support and Customer Service
- Experience in enhancing Customer Experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Knowledge of Asian food and agricultural products is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- due to quota issue this is only for singaporean
- 5.5 day job (alternate saturday)
