This role offers a unique opportunity to blend traditional executive support with a strategic planning focus, contributing to the organization’s long-term goals and decision-making process. You will be supporting the conducting of research, analysing data, and providing valuable insights to the Senior Leadership team to facilitate strategic planning and business growth.

Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support
  • Administrative support to Top management, including but not limited to calendar management, meetings (internal/external) coordination, travel arrangements, expense claims.
  • Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Plan day-to-day schedule in an efficient and error-free manner
  • Organize, plan and coordinate management events and meetings.
  • Collaborate with key management team across divisions and countries to ensure alignment of initiatives and communications
  • Provide divisional administrative support relating to general administration, organizational changes and business continuity.
  1. Strategic Support
  • Support the Senior Leadership team in the organization’s strategic planning, transformation and change management initiatives.
  • Conduct research to identify trends, opportunities and risks that impact the organization’s strategic goals.
  • Analyse relevant data sets extract meaningful insights to support strategic initiatives and decision-making processes.
  • Keep abreast of current affairs, economic & industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies that may impact the organization’s strategic direction
  • Preparation of reports/presentation materials

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Professional C-level (& secretaries) communication skills across Asia regional countries
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and Dala Analysis tools.
  • Meeting convention and event organization skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong business mindset
  • Discreet and ability to handle confidential information
  • Fast worker and street-smart in problem solving
  • Possess good initiative and pleasant disposition

  • Proficiency in Japanese (read, converse and write) would be an added advantage as this position will need to liaise with Japan HQ on a frequent basis, on matters which may include but not limited to day to day matter, translation of document from Japanese to English (vice versa).
