Job Title: Temporary Cruise Check-In Agent $12/hour
Working Hours: Between 6am – 6pm (Min 4 Hours deployment)
Working hours varies depending on activation of roles.
Dates: 3rd/14/19/21/23/24/25/27/28/30 November 2024
Working Days: Based on availability and activation
Attire: Formal Attire (No uniform provided)
White collared shirt / Black pants / Formal Full Black closed-toe shoes with no designs/Black Flats & Dark Coloured Hair (No flashy colours)
Key Responsibilities:
Assist guests during the check-in process.
Verify passports and boarding passes.
Review visa documentation.
Issue room keys to guests.
Provide ushering services.
Perform basic data entry checklist.
Assist other ad hoc assignments as directed by the supervisor.
Requirements:
No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Physically fit to assist guests in wheelchairs to their destinations.
Dress code: White collared shirt / Black pants / Formal Full Black closed-toe shoes with no designs / Dark Coloured Hair (No flashy colours)
Customer Service Orientated
Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
