Job Responsibilities
Resorts World Sentosa is looking to develop a loyalty program that:
- Provides memorable brand experiences for guests
- Expands cross category interactions
- Drives increased customer frequency and share of wallet
- Captures valuable data and insight about customer behaviour
- Provides a platform for our business to intelligently market to our customer segments
We're looking for an experienced individual to champion this effort to design and execute this new program, drawing on support from various teams within the business. This will include:
- Developing options for the loyalty proposition
- Supporting market testing for various proposition options including UI/UX
- Developing the operating and commercial model supporting the program
- Scoping needs for technology to support the program and to interface with existing tech stack
- Working across the organisation with key stakeholders to drive buy-in and support delivery
- Program calendar planning, execution and optimisation for effectiveness and cost efficiency
- Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Management
This role works closely with cross-functional senior leaders, and will lead the project end-to-end with supervisory responsibilities to build team capabilities.
Requirements:
- Experience in designing, developing, implementing and optimising loyalty/ customer engagement programs
- Familiarity with technology solutions that underpin loyalty/ customer engagement programs
- Good analytical skills and a creative problem solver
- Strong ability to engage and build trust with stakeholders
- Agile team player who is able to work collaboratively with others and deliver quality work under tight timelines
- Action-oriented with a focus on results and execution
