Salary Range: $4,000 - $6,000
Key Responsibilities:
Support brand teams with culinary expertise and innovative concept development to maintain competitive advantage.
Leverage culinary skills and scientific knowledge to create commercially viable dishes and enhancements.
Conduct research and development (R&D) of new dishes and limited-time offers (LTOs) to elevate menu offerings and drive sales.

Stay updated on global and local food trends and monitor ingredient sourcing.
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts, Food Science, or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in culinary R&D.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
Proven track record in creating innovative and competitive culinary solutions.
