  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

  • Conduct debt collection from debtors via phone calls.
  • Negotiating with debtors to provide best payment option to clear outstanding amount.
  • Initiate necessarily follow up action for collection (as per defined process).
  • Conduct administrative duties - monitoring of payments and file management.
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service while collection actions are adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Able to handle complaints and understand customer concerns to provide solution.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties.

Required Knowledge & Experience

  • Possess strong written, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to communicate in English. Other local language will be a plus.
  • Able to make good judgement in reviewing assigned accounts.
  • Computer literate and able to adapt to company software and applications.
  • Work independently and as a team player.
  • Customer centric.

*Important Note:

As per Debt Collection Act 2022 commencement effective December 2023, individual involved in debt collection must be approved by Singapore Police Force (SPF). Foreigners are required to provide a copy of Good Conduct Certificate.
