Job Duties
Handle first level of incoming communications
Raise and follow-up on customers' orders received by phone, email and etc
Maintain documentation accuracy for DO processing for accurate invoicing
Handle customers' enquiries relating to delivery of goods
Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders to follow-up on orders fulfillment
Any other relevant administrative duties as assigned
Job Requirements
•Candidate with customer service or order processing working experience will be at advantage
Working Hours
Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm
Company transport at Boon Lay MRT
Salary Package
Up to $2700 Basic with $100 transport allowance
1 month completion bonus if complete the 1-year contract and will subject for renewal and salary increment depending on work performance
