Assist in collecting, compiling, and analyzing statistical returns concerning case
Collaborate in reviewing the current frameworks and work processes related to the placement and reunification of residents in the out-of-home care sector.
Assist in conducting research, evaluation, and literature review to identify trends and analyze data on the profile of types of cases in the out-of-home care sector.
Assist in conducting on-site assurance checks of agencies.
Work closely with staff, stakeholders, and community partners to understand the needs of children and vulnerable adults requiring out-of-home care.
Liaise with foster parents and out-of-home care agencies to identify placement options for children requiring foster care.
Requirements:
Singaporean
Degree
Strong statistical data collection skills and be a team player who is eager to learn and take on new challenges.
2 years of working experience in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
