As a Retail Sales Ambassador at Y21, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming shopping experience. You’ll play a key role in promoting our products, understanding customer needs, and driving sales. Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and a friendly attitude.
Provide knowledgeable advice on our products, helping customers find items that suit their style and needs.
Maintain an inviting store environment by keeping displays tidy, organized, and visually appealing.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
Support inventory management by restocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and managing product displays.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail, fashion, or customer service is a plus but not required.
A passion for fashion and a keen eye for style.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Schedule, Work Hours, Benefits :
3-4 days week including 1 Saturday / Sunday (8 hours shift excluding break)
11am - 8pm
12pm - 9pm
12.30pm - 9.30pm
Must be able to commit minimum 4 months, until March 2025
Part-Time: Hourly rate of $11.50 and extra pay for working on public holidays.
