30 Nov - 730am - 730pm & 9am - 9pm
(meals and transport home provided inhouse for those after 12midnight)
Attire: Fully Provided, Only need to bring your formal black shoes
Summary of Responsibilities:
As a Banquet Dining Steward/Stewardess, you will be essential in creating a seamless and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Table and Station Preparation: Meticulously set up tables and side stations.
Guest Engagement: Warmly welcome guests upon their arrival and graciously bid them farewell.
Efficient Food Service: Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, adhering to service protocols to enhance guest satisfaction.
Maintenance of Standards: Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in all food preparation and service areas, contributing to a safe and hygienic environment.
Ad-Hoc Support: Assist in various tasks or duties as needed to support the overall success of event operations.
Pre-Banquet Setup: Assist in setting Tables and Chairs based on the Event planned and no. of pax.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in food and beverage service, particularly in banquet settings, is bonus.
Strong customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service.
Proficient in reading and speaking English fluently.
Team Work Collaboration.
Be pro-active during service hours.
Able to take directions from the Lead and perform the duties to the best, calm and patience is needed.
