Job Scope:
Assist in the daily operations of the assigned science laboratories, science gardens, aquaponics, hydroponics and pond.
Responsible for the setup, clean up and general maintenance of the science laboratories and Science Areas.
Responsible for the cleanliness of the Recycling Corner.
Assist in preparation of laboratory apparatus, equipment and teaching materials for scheduled laboratory activities.
Assist in stock taking exercise and maintenance of equipment.
Typing of worksheets and notes.
Supporting and assisting in departmental events, activities and programmes.
Requirements:
Able to make use of Microsoft word / excel spreadsheet and PowerPoint
Able to operate electronic devices eg. hydroponics sets, aquaponics and other devices relating to Science
To be able to do gardening (weeding, planting and watering)
Preferably with more than 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position and in a school environment.
