Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networks.

Coordinate interviews, facilitate candidate-client interactions, and gather feedback.
Maintain strong candidate relationships, building a reliable talent pipeline.

The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with a minimum of 1 year of recruitment delivery experience.
Skills/Requirement:
Adept at managing relationships, have an eye for market trends, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Candidates holding CEI certification will be prioritized and invited to interview first.
Effective interpersonal skills to engage with candidates.
Familiarity with recruitment technology and tools is preferred.
