• Coordinate office adminstrative works ensure efficiency & compliance.
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc).
• Issue invoices & purchase orders.
• Monitor stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
• Assist to schedule project and shipping deliveries.
• Coordinate our supply chain procedures, including liaising with overseas operations and personnel.
• Ensure proper recording and filing of documents are maintained.
Job Requirements
• Singapore and PR only.
• Min. Diploma in Business Admin or relevant certifications.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• A team player with good communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Experience in Construction Industry is preferred.
