  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Responsibilities

  • Execution of service and maintenance workflow.
  • Liaise closely with client representatives on all service/maintenance related issues.
  • Assisting the supervisor in employing teams on service deliveries and distribute responsibilities.
  • Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations for optimal results.
  • Provide support to supervisor in ensuring the timely delivery and completion of troubleshoot and service/maintenance of security systems at clients’ premises.
  • Familiarise yourself and deliver customer satisfaction base on each client's business, organization and objectives.
  • Ensure that works carried out are in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
  • Perform any other technical tasks as and when required

Requirements

  • Min Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with at least 3-5 years working experience. (Good Senior TO profile but lacking experience will be considered for TO)
  • For STO: knowledge and hands-on experience in electrical security systems (CCTV, access control system, intrusion detection system)
  • Able to do standby duty, be activated to fault calls/maintenance schedule outside of office hours (paid)
  • Knowledge in IT/Network/Server is an added advantage.
  • Good interpersonal and problem solving skills.
  • Independent, self-motivated individual whom is able to work under minimum supervision.
