Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Production Planner Officer:
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for production schedule and ensure timely delivery schedule.
To handle issue that may occurs during delivery operations process.
To manage & control the daily operation from incoming, outgoing, packing, documentation and until delivery.
To communicate with relevant parties for the production capacity, demand & delivery schedule.
To monitor work-in-progress to ensure production team adhere to the committed schedule.
Regular monitoring on customer satisfaction.
Communicate with customers on the monthly forecast, urgent orders, materials readiness and shipment plan.
To handle monthly month-end closing & yearly stock take.
Work closely with warehouse supervisor to ensure the safety & health of the workers at the workplace.
Job Requirements:
Diploma related to Logistics, Warehouse Management, Supply Chain Management
Min 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
Familiar with Security Trade Control, Risk Assessment Procedure, GST Import/Export declaration.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 audit will be an added advantage.
Proficient with Microsoft Office application.
Additional Information:
Salary: Up to SGD 3,000 +AWS +VB
Working Location: West
Working hours: 5 Days, 7.50am to 4.55pm
