- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes for the group of company
- Assist in material ordering, matching PO, DO, and Invoice.
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
- Manage schedules and deadlines
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
- Manage organization's certifications (Apply/Renew)
- In-charge of basic IT support to the staff
- ISO experience
- Work closely with HR Department
- Planning of company annual event
- Road Tax & Vehicle Insurance Renewal
- Handling of Government Grant application such as EDG, PSG, Career Support Programme, Worklife Grant etc.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
