Job Description

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.
  • Meet daily and monthly sales targets consistently.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering customized solutions to generate leads and increase sales.
  • Accurately document updates on leads and follow the sales procedures throughout the client acquisition process, from onboarding new SME borrowers to initial loan disbursement. Schedule appointments and follow-up calls for the sales team as needed.
  • Adhere to all relevant AML and KYC regulations.
  • Competitive base salary with attractive incentives.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear and confident phone manner, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits persuasively.
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a call centre, particularly in managing inbound and outbound calls, is preferred.
  • Understanding of invoice financing product is preferred.
