- Proven event marketing experience or experience in multi-channel marketing including database management and digital marketing
- Demonstrate ownership and initiative with a continuous drive to grow the visitorship
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage external stakeholders and work effectively with internal teams
- Ability to multi-tasking and effectively manage timelines in a fast-paced environment
